For optimal results, we recommend using your provider-prescribed skincare products leading up to your appointment.
If your treatment will include extractions, avoid applying any active skincare products such as scrubs, astringents, AHAs/BHAs, retinol, lighteners, or acne medications at least 24 hours beforehand to reduce sensitivity and support skin recovery.
Each facial is relaxing and customized to your skin’s needs. Treatments may include gentle exfoliation, steam, extractions, serums, massage, and masks—all designed to restore and rebalance your skin.
After your facial, it’s important to care for your skin gently to maximize your results.
Avoid wearing heavy makeup for at least 48 hours, and always apply a high-quality sunscreen with at least SPF 30. Limit sun exposure and skip artificial tanning for at least seven days—14 is even better.
For the first 24 hours, steer clear of exercise, alcohol, saunas, and hot tubs, as heat and sweat can irritate freshly treated skin.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to support healing from the inside out. Avoid picking at your skin, and don’t use scrubs or exfoliants unless your provider says otherwise.
It’s normal for skin to feel red, itchy, or irritated, and some people may experience a breakout as impurities rise to the surface—this is a sign the treatment is working. Be gentle with your skin and give it time to fully absorb the benefits and heal properly.
